The Senate K-16 Education committee held a Public Hearing on school vouchers on Tuesday, January 28, 2025. There was a lot of community engagement with 280 people registering an opinion Against the voucher bill under debate and 50 registered For. Over 100 people testified, mostly Against. The bill passed through the committee anyway and will be debated on the Senate floor on February 4th. Learn more:
